Doug joined Coastland in 2011 as Maintenance and Production Manager after spending over 16 years with West Fraser Mills, primarily within their Medium Density Fiberboard Division in various management roles. He was promoted to General Manager of the Nanaimo Veneer Mill in 2013 and Vice President, Operations in 2017. In 2020, Doug was promoted to President of Coastland Wood Industries.
