On Saturday, July 27th, we held our annual Nanaimo Operations Golf Tournament at the Cottonwood Golf Course. Thank you to everyone for making this a great turnout and the best to date. This event continues to be a great event for both our employees and our charities that we donate to. The success of this tournament comes from our employees who keep making this a bigger event each year! Also, from our suppliers for the generosity in prize donations as again this year was better than anticipated.
Every year, the generosity of our employees goes towards Loaves and Fishes and the Nanaimo and District Hospital Foundation. Last year we raised $1250 to Loaves and Fishes and $900 to Nanaimo and District Hospital Foundation; ($2150 Total!) which was a record for us. This year we blew that out of the water with $955 to Loaves and Fishes and $2045 to Nanaimo and District Hospital Foundation; $3000 Total donated!!.
