Coastland’s capacity and key locations offer cost effective dryland sort services.

Coastland purchases all our raw product from Coastal British Columbia and Vancouver Island on the open market. We do not hold any tenure or private timberlands. A secure and steady supply of logs for our mill are the result of positive relationships with crown licensees, private landowners, and First Nations. We plan to maintain those relationships and access to a long-term sustainable supply of second growth Douglas-fir.

Coastland is adding value to our own operations as well as our log customers with three log sorting facilities, in key locations. We have the capacity to process over 3 million m3 per year; and offer services such as sorting, scaling, booming, and chipping.
